In order to protect our encrypted system and our customers, FloorSeating.com will generate a new random password and send it to the original e-mail address supplied in an original account set-up.
FloorSeating.com accepts VISA, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express. We also accept checks and money orders. Please send checks and money orders to FloorSeating.com, P.O. Box 5291 Poland, OH 44514. If paying with check or money order, we will not ship your order until payment has been received and/or has cleared. All credit card payments must be U.S. bank issued.
If an item is in-stock, we will ship it within one business day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday will not ship until the following business day. Orders placed on weekdays before 11:00 a.m. EST will ship the same day (if in stock). Most orders placed after 11 a.m. will process the following business day. All non-stock items or large orders may require additional processing time. In this case, we cannot always guarantee deliveries by a specific date. So we urge you to contact us prior to placing an order, should you need the item(s) by a specific date.

FloorSeating.com tries to indicate when products are not in stock. There are occasions; however, when stock is depleted between the time you place your order, and the time we process your order. If this occurs, we will try to do the following: inform you of the back order status, estimate the shipping date, and give you the chance to rescind your order.
All orders placed from Canada may incur taxes and duties in addition to standard USPS International shipping charges. Orders are shipped USPS International from our Youngstown, OHIO warehouse.
•You, the buyer, may be responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. Neither We (Floor Seating) nor the border agency collect these charges beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.
• If You, the buyer, are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
•If You, the buyer, refuse to pay any potential customs fees and charges at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
FloorSeating.com will grant full refunds (excluding shipping and handling) for products returned within 30 days after the purchase date. The product must be in perfect condition. You are responsible for return shipping and handling costs in either a return or exchange.
If you used the product, a 15-25% restocking fee will apply. The percentage charged is dependent upon the product and the condition.
Bean Bags are NON-RETURNABLE
Upon receipt of your merchandise, report any damaged shipment to our customer service department at 1-800-906-7761. Also, report immediately any problems with shipping (e.g. damage or delivery failure) so we can file a claim with the shipping company. We will not process any damage/failed delivery reports after 30 days.
If you are concerned about a delivery, please call our service department at 1-800-906-7761. You are responsible for tracking the package through the UPS code, or checking your order through your Floorseating.com online account. You are also responsible for calling customer service about a failed delivery.
FloorSeating.com is happy to work with our customers to fill large orders. However, due to the large seasonal demands, in stock quantities and/or manufacturer delays on large orders may take 2 weeks or more to process.
Please plan ahead & request a large order at a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. If items are in stock they will be shipped or set aside (at the time of payment). If the items are not in stock an order to the manufacturer can be placed and an estimate for shipping can be given to you once we have all your (shipping/address/quantity requested) information.
The order can be placed directly to through the site and a customer service representative will call you if there will be any delays.
Floor Seating will accept purchase orders from educational institutions (schools). Exceptions will be made to certain businesses on a case by case basis. The order needs to be placed online, fax, or email. Once a purchase order is received by us, we will create an invoice and include it with the order - a copy of the invoice will also be mailed out. Payments are due within 30 days of receiving an order. If you place an order online, you will see the option for paying by purchase order. Simply enter your PO# here and select PAY BY PURCHASE ORDER. Please note: You will need to fax or email us a copy of your purchase order for our records.
