Policies
Ordering –
Floorseating.com is happy to work with customers to fill large orders. However, due to seasonal demands, in stock quantities and/or manufacturer delays large orders may take 2 weeks or more to process.
Please plan ahead and request a large order (50 or more units) at a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. The order can be placed directly through the site and customer service representative will call if there will be any delays.
Purchase orders will be accepted from educational intuitions (Schools). Exceptions will be made to certain businesses on a case-by-case basis. Once a purchase order is received by us, we will create an invoice and include it with the order. A copy of the invoice will also be mailed out. Payments are due within 30 days of receiving the order. If you place an order online, you will see the option for paying by purchase order. Simply enter your PO# here and select PAY BY PURCHASE ORDER. Please note: You will need to email sales@floorseating.com us a copy of your purchase order for our records. Also, please enter your billing and shipping address and the name/phone and email address of your accounts payable contact.
Payments -
Floorseating.com accepts the following methods of payment:
- Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. Cards must be issued by a US Bank.
- Orders will not ship until payment had been received and/or cleared.
Shipping -
To obtain a shipping cost, go to the site and select the items, quantity, and color and add to basket and then checkout. Before you enter your information, you will see a shipping calculator on the lower right side. You do not have to create an account online to see the shipping calculator. You can also get a quote on shipping by email if you send the quality, shipping, address with zip code to sales@floorseating.com.
If an item is IN STOCK, we will ship it the next business day from receipt of order. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday will not ship until the following business day. Orders placed on weekdays before 11:00 a.m. EST will ship the same day. Any orders placed after 11 a.m. EST will ship 2 business days after receipt of order. Larger items or large orders may require additional processing time. In this situation, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. We urge you to contact us prior to placing an order if you need items by a specific date. Email address is, sales@floorseating.com.
UPS delivery days exclude weekends and major holidays.
Shipping to Canada
All orders placed from Canada may incur taxes and duties in addition to standard USPS international shipping charges. Orders are shipped USPS International from our Hunt Valley, Maryland fulfillment center.
You the buyer may be responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. Required by your country for importing consumer goods. Neither Florrseating.com nor border agency collects the charges beforehand and cannot give you an estimate on the cost – charges vary around the world.
If you, the buyer are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full reasonability to verify the customs, duties, charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
If you, the buyer, refuse to pay any potential customs fees and charges at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
Shipping and Damage Problems
Upon receipt of your merchandise, report any damaged shipment to our customer service department by email. Also, report immediately any problems with the shipping (e.g. damage or failure) so we can file a claim with the shipping company. We will not process any damaged/failed reports after 30 days.
If you are concerned about a delivery, please email our customer service department at sales@floorseating.com. You are responsible for tracking the package through the UPS code or checking your order through your online account. You are also responsible for contacting customer service by email regarding a failed delivery.
Return/Exchange Policy
Floorseating.com will grant full refunds (excluding shipping and handling) for products returned within 30 days after the purchase date. The product must be in perfect condition. You are responsible for shipping and handling costs in either a return or exchange.
If you used the product a 15-25% restocking fee will apply. The percentage is dependent upon the product and the condition.

Floorseating.com prices and policies are subject to change at any time. Floorseating.com reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason. Placement of an order signifies agreement to Floorseating.com’s policies before ordering. Please allow one day of processing of in-stock items before shipment.
Security and Privacy
When you shop online at Florrseating.com, you are shopping on a highly secure site. Floorseating.com is anti-spam and we will not use unethical promotional methods. We use SSL servers for our commerce to ensure the most secure way to shop. We only send your credit card number via secure encrypted connections, and we do not store customer data where it can be accessed via the internet. In addition, we consider your customer data to be private and we will not sell or share it with any outside interests.
Product Warranties
Most of the items available on our website are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If you have questions regarding the warranty associated with any product, please check the product descriptions, or email our customer service department at sales@floorseating.com.
